The beds
Single memory foam beds on folding steel frames.
The bed you hire is a 3ft single folding steel frame with a memory foam mattress. The frame opens fully in under a minute - no tools, no loose parts. It locks flat when folded, so it travels easily in a van and stores in a portakabin or tent without eating floor space when not in use.
Memory foam holds its shape across weeks of continuous use, which makes it the right choice for extended festival hires. A standard camp bed or inflatable deflates and deforms. Our mattresses do not. They are the same units we supply to glamping venues and holiday parks - designed for repeated use across an entire season.

Airbeds and camp beds are the default because they seem cheap. In practice they are a false economy. Festival linen hire
Beds and linen from one supplier.
We supply commercially laundered bedding sets alongside our beds - duvet, cover, fitted sheet, pillow, and pillowcase - plus towel packs if required. Everything arrives either made up or flat-packed to your preference. After the festival we collect dirty linen and wash it commercially. You do not need a laundry plan on site.
If you already have your own bed frames or are managing a glamping operation with fixed beds, we also supply linen only. Same commercial wash standard, same delivery and collection. Linen is priced on request - add it to your festival quote and we will price it as a combined order.
For festival ops managers, the linen logistics usually go one of two ways: either linen is provided per bed as part of the hire (we deliver it made up and collect it dirty), or you manage linen distribution yourself and use us purely for the laundry collection and return. Either model works. Tell us which you need when you enquire and we will quote accordingly.

Northern festival bed hire

We are based in York, which puts us within a 2-hour drive of the UK's busiest festival corridor: the stretch from Leeds and Bradford through to Manchester, Liverpool, and down into Cheshire. Northern England runs more major outdoor events per square mile than anywhere else in the country, and our proximity means competitive delivery rates and the ability to respond quickly to late requests or last-minute volume changes.
Festivals at northern sites - whether in the Yorkshire countryside, the Peak District fringe, the Cheshire plains (home to some of the UK's biggest dance events), or Northumberland - are all within our regular delivery range. We also serve Scottish border and Central Belt events at the larger end of the scale. Delivery is priced per mile and quoted alongside the beds so there are no surprises.
For recurring events with predictable crew numbers, we can provisionally hold capacity early in the year and confirm final numbers closer to the event. Camp bed hire vs proper bed hire: what you actually need.
Camp beds are the default fallback for festival crew accommodation because they are widely available and seem cheap. In practice they create more problems than they solve. A standard camp bed puts a person 6-10cm off the ground on a canvas-and-steel frame that flexes and creaks through the night. They deflate the goodwill of crew faster than any other ops decision.
Memory foam mattresses on rigid steel frames are the right specification for multi-day or multi-week festival hire. They hold their shape across the full duration of the event, whether that is four days or four weeks. Our frames stand fully off the ground (27cm clearance) and fold flat for transit, which means we can stack them efficiently in a vehicle and carry more per run than a camp bed supplier can. Setup is faster: one person, under a minute per bed, no tools.
We do supply to festivals that have requested "camp bed hire" in their brief and discovered on enquiry that a proper memory foam bed costs only marginally more per week. If your crew needs real rest between shifts, it is the better choice. If you genuinely need cheap disposable camp beds for a very short one-night event, we may not be the right supplier - and we will tell you that honestly in our quote response.

Festival bed hire across Yorkshire and the North.
Yorkshire has an active outdoor events calendar from May through September. We supply beds to festival and event sites across the county - from the Vale of York flatlands to the moorland edges of North Yorkshire and the coastal areas around Scarborough and Whitby. If your event is in a Yorkshire field, we can reach it.
Beyond Yorkshire, we regularly deliver to festival sites in the north-west (Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire), Northumberland, and County Durham. Scotland is available for larger orders. Summer availability notice
Festival season runs June to August and is our busiest period. If your event falls in this window, book as early as possible. We quote within 24 hours of receiving your details and can hold capacity provisionally while you confirm internal numbers. Do not leave it to the week before - summer stock is allocated in advance.

What is the minimum hire period for festival beds?
One week minimum. Most festival hires run five to ten days including build and strike days. Tell us your delivery date and collection date and we will price accordingly.
Do you supply camp beds for hire?
We do not supply traditional camp beds. We hire single memory foam mattresses on rigid folding steel frames - a significantly more comfortable and more durable product. Our beds stay the same height and firmness across the full hire period. Camp beds are common at festivals but they deflate quickly and crews notice. If you have a brief that says 'camp bed hire', we can quote a proper bed alternative for the same or similar cost per week.
Do you hire beds for festivals in the north of England?
Yes. We are based in York, which makes us well-placed to deliver to festival sites across Yorkshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Northumberland, Durham, and the Scottish border counties. How early should I book festival bed hire?
For summer events (June to August), enquire as early as possible - ideally six to twelve weeks before the event. For events outside the summer festival season, four to six weeks is usually sufficient. We can hold capacity provisionally before your final numbers are confirmed - send us your expected range and we will ring-fence the volume.
