We supply extra single beds into ancillary spaces (converted barns, staff accommodation, tipi annexes) so guests can stay on the night.
Country house venues in the Harrogate area (Rudding Park, Ripley Castle, Goldsborough Hall, Swinton Park), the Dales (Broughton Hall, Bolton Abbey Estate, Devonshire Arms), and across the wider Yorkshire circuit regularly run short on rooms for larger weddings. We are familiar with the logistics of working around a wedding schedule: we deliver beds quietly before the celebration starts and collect after the guests have left.
For marquee and tipi weddings, we frame every mattress on a folding steel base to keep guests off the ground. For indoor overflow into a manor house library or converted hay barn, we deliver made-up beds ready for guests to walk into. We work around your venue's access windows and do not disrupt the event.

Wedding guest accommodation hire fills this gap: we bring single memory foam beds to ancillary spaces at your venue, whether that is a converted barn, a stable block, a marquee, or a tipi structure. Guests stay on site, sleep well, and are at breakfast the next morning.
We arrive and build the beds before the celebration starts, during the morning or early afternoon. We make beds up with linen if linen is ordered. Our folding steel frames keep mattresses raised off the cold ground and fold flat for delivery. We cover the full Yorkshire wedding circuit: country house venues across the HG, YO, and LS postcode areas, marquee sites in the Dales and Moors, and tipi venues from Harrogate to the East Riding. We also deliver to wedding venues across the UK on request.
Can I hire beds for a marquee or tipi wedding?
Yes. Marquee and tipi weddings are among our most common requests. Folding steel frames keep mattresses off the ground and assemble without tools. We deliver before the celebration and collect after.
How much does wedding bed hire cost?
Beds are £22+VAT per bed per week for most orders. Larger orders may qualify for the £19+VAT rate. Linen and delivery are priced separately and included in your quote. Contact us with your bed count and venue postcode for an exact figure.
Do you set up and take down the beds?
Yes. Our team delivers every bed and builds it on site. When the wedding is over, we collect everything. You do not need to handle setup, breakdown, or storage.

Can you supply wedding beds for a venue without much storage space?
Yes. Our folding steel frames pack flat in a van and are built on site at the venue. We do not need storage space at the venue ahead of delivery. We arrive, deliver, and build everything on the day. The venue only needs covered floor space for the beds themselves.
Do you cover Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors wedding venues?
Yes. Rural venues in the Dales (around Skipton, Leyburn, Hawes, Ripon) and the North Yorkshire Moors (Pickering, Helmsley, Whitby) are within our regular delivery area. We understand the logistics of narrow lanes and farm access. Tell us your venue postcode and we will confirm delivery logistics.
Do you offer bed hire for autumn and winter weddings?
Yes. Our bed hire is available year-round, and autumn and winter weddings (October through April) are well within our stock availability window. If your wedding is in the quieter season for outdoor events, we are well placed to supply.
